Summercrest is a new gated townhome community in Estero from Toll Brothers. It's built for people who want a beautiful Southwest Florida home without a yard crew, a long list of fees, or a long drive to everything.

We walk the models, the home sites and the neighborhood with you on FaceTime or Zoom. We point the camera wherever you ask, including the stuff brochures leave out.
We go through the builder contract with you line by line, register you as our client, and help you make smart choices at the Design Studio, in person or remotely.
We visit your home as it's being built and send you photos and video so you always know where things stand.
We attend the final walkthrough with you or for you, help line up an independent inspection, and coordinate a remote closing if you can't be here.
The on-site team is friendly and good at what they do, but their job is to represent Toll Brothers. Ours is to represent you on price, home site, contract terms, inspections and everything in between.
Toll Brothers has advised us that they pay the buyer's agent fee at Summercrest. We'll go over exactly how our compensation works, in plain English and in writing, before you commit to anything.
One thing to know: builders usually want your agent registered at or before your first visit. Reach out to us before you stop by the sales center or register online.
